Luis Miguel's Place felt cozy and inviting. The room, a Deluxe Double Room, was spacious, and the bed offered great comfort. I especially loved the air conditioning. it worked perfectly, keeping the room cold when it was hot outside. The location was a huge perk – just a quick walk to the Boulevard, where I picked up some delicious Sans Rival. Enjoying my morning smoothies at the restaurant downstairs made things even better. The connection to the kitchen was super convenient. I experienced a bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi, which only worked the first day, leaving me disconnected for most of my stay. Also, being on the ground floor meant there was some noise from nearby buildings. Still, the friendliness of the staff and the overall charm of the place made it worthwhile. For the rate, it truly felt like a hidden gem in Dumaguete.

Staying here for a couple of nights while exploring some local properties was a mixed experience. The budget double room was conveniently close to lots of eateries. I especially appreciated that the Dumaguete Public Market and Rizal Boulevard were just a short walk away. However, the street noise from nearby clubs and traffic made it difficult to sleep at night. Despite some setbacks, I enjoyed the easy access to tricycles for getting around the area.

The walls were paper-thin, which made it impossible to enjoy a restful night's sleep due to loud noises from nearby bars. To make matters worse, the room had a strange, damp smell that lingered throughout my stay, and the overall cleanliness was subpar, with visible stains on the furniture. Additionally, when I asked for assistance regarding the Wi-Fi, the front desk staff seemed indifferent, providing little help and no follow-up on my concerns.

The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from the seaport. I loved the spacious Beautiful Double Room and how comfy the bed was. Air conditioning worked like a charm, and I could easily walk to the Boulevard. Eating at Pitchina's Kitchen downstairs was super convenient! Highly recommended!

What a delightful discovery! The location was prime—just a quick stroll from the Boulevard and a stone's throw from excellent eateries. Luis Miguel’s Place felt like home. The central location was ideal for exploring, and I enjoyed relaxing at Pitchina’s Kitchen, savoring delicious smoothies. The spacious room and comfy bed were a pleasant surprise.

However, my stay was marred by some maintenance issues. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best, leaving me disconnected. Additionally, noise from nearby buildings on the ground floor disrupted my sleep.
